My older USB Game Commander that came with
my Aerofly Pro Deluxe is some what wore out (rudder)
So I ordered a new one from OMP...just received it
plug it in and nothing ...does not find new controller. []
Plug old one back in and it connects.
Is the original one coded or something ?
How do I get the new one to work ?

Hi Zagi, what you purchased is a dummy game commander. The original game commander has a built-in copyright protection chip. You'll need to plug both of them into separate usb ports. Pls give me your email and I will email you the instructions. Also, let me know which addons you have, and the aerofly version you have (can be seen at the right top corner of the main AFPD screen)

Hi Mike, I have had problems with original AFPD game commander like veering to left when all trims are ok, and calibration erratic. Got a replacement but it shows a different serial number when plugged in, asks for Addon 3 serial number and activation. Does not seem logical that serial should change. The box says IK3034001 Game Commander Only.

1) Is this a replacement for original order IK1002?

2) Where does the serial number come from? Is it the AFPD software or the commander?
