Default problem with AFPD after installation

Hi guys
I think I need a help from experts. I have just installed the program and everything looks fine until I try to connect to my transmitter. (JR 9xIIconverted to 2.4G) It recognizes my USB interface but can't see transmitter or joystick.
The kit also came with new cable adaptor for JR radios that changes the jack from stereo to mono but after fitting it in, still no luck. I have also tried to plug my old JR transmitter X-378 but same result. I just don't know how to make it
to communicate. Any ideas?

Sorry I don't know why there's no image. It said it's uploaded successfully. Might try again.

Hi Fredo, the link with asterisks will not work. RCU has some word filters.

Hi Fredo, thanks for emailing the photo. I have attached it to your post above. The usb interface cable that you have will not work with JR radios. The y-adapter cable is fine and will work with JR. Please contact your supplier and exchange the usb cable you have with the "old style" usb interface cable shown below. If you have problems exchanging it, you could ship the cable to Ikarus Germany for an exchange. Another alternative is for you to use a Futaba radio, and the y-adapter cable that you have will work with Futaba too.

Thanks heaps Rajul, I have sent the whole package back to the shop for cable replacement[sm=thumbs_up.gif]
