I have AFPD version 1.11.7.9 and AddOn3 True Scale activated. "Both" running fine now, thanks to you.

I have NOT installed any patches yet.

Latest Nvidia driver 175.19 installed 21jul08 to get OpenGL 2.0 so AFPD would run.

My video card: Nvidia GeForce 6200SE with TurboCache 256Mb support, being run at maximum hardware acceleration setting.
I know it's too slow for AddOn3, but, it works ok for now. I will be checking with Kevin my PC man about a faster card.

On the aerofly.com download page this is the latest patch: 1.11.07.21: Fixes a problem with the Beryll model from AddOn 4

I have only AddOn3 installed. No AddOn4 that patch 1.11.07.21 fixes.

1. Should I install this latest patch 1.11.07.21 for AFPD and just AddOn3 ?

2. Or...just install patch 1.11.07.19 since I do not have AddOn4 ?

I'll install patch 1.11.7.21 and see if I notice anything different.

As I said before, I have AFPD version 1.11.7.9 and have not installed any patches.

The only patches after AFPD vers. 1.11.7.9 is patch 1.11.7.19 and patch 1.11.7.21.

And suppose I buy just addon5, and not addon4.

2. Do I just install addon5 next, as in the order below??
Installation order: 1. AFPD, 2. addon3, 3. patch 1.11.7.21, ....Then...4. install addon5 at the end??

Hi Ron, I think addon 5 is likely to be the latest version i.e. 1.11.7.21. So just install it and no need for patches. There's no need to reinstall AFPD or anything else before installing addon 5.

I thought that was the way it worked. i.e. the latest patch includes "all" previous changes.
Please..correct me if wrong.

And, I thought from reading previous posts (08, 07, 06, etc), that you did not install an addon after a patch.

That you had to uninstall everything and reinstall in this order: AFPD, addon, addon, addon, and then the patch was installed at the end.

I printed the post. I'll dbl ck it. It's been awhile since I read it and I'm probably not remembering correctly.
