Hi mike I am having problems when i start the aerofly program. i get a message stating. Aerofly professional is unable to locate the USB interface cable.Please plug the interface cable into a free usb port. I tried installing it on another computer yesterday and it works fine but i have to get a new gafhics card for that computer. I have tried numerous things all update microsoft has. all the patches aerofly has.Uninstaling and installing the program 3 tome please help me i am about to return this game.

5) Which addons do you have?
6) What is the version number printed on your main AFPD disk?
7) How did you install the main disk, addons, and patch (which version?), and what was the sequence of installation?
8) Post the tm.log file which you can find in the following directory
C:\Program Files\IPACS\AeroFly Professional Deluxe
You may open the file with a text editor like word or notepad. Just copy and paste the entire content into your post.

I have a compac presario V2000. with windows Xp. AMD Turion 64 mobile Technology. Thats all the stuff thats it printed on my laptop. The rest I am not sure .addon ver1.9.1.3 . NTSTATUS

hey mike I install Flight simulator 4.5 and it the graphics are ok and it is not slow. I know i meet all the recomended hardware. I dont know if this help

I did some searching in my device manager and I think this is the video card Indeo Intel /indeo video 5.10 commpressor/decompressor. and the usb is Lexors game commander usb

Your game commander is recognized by windows and is working fine. The problem is probably due to your incompatible video card. Since you have addon 1 or addon 2, you could try installing this patch http://www.ipacs.de/download/afpd190711.exe but it may not help.
