Default Rajul... AFPD problem"...Unable to located USB interface cable..."

Hi Mike,
I purchased and installed AFPD last week and it has worked beautifully. However, yesterday, I received a system error message requiring me to reinstall Windows XP. After reinstalling both Windows XP Pro and the (properly) uninstalling and then installing AFPD, I receive a message on the AFPD main page indicating it cannot find the USB...
I am using version 1.11.7.9, and the serial number below says "unknown"
The Game Commander is not showing up in the Game Controller in the Windows Control Panel.
I also have AddOn 3 (True Scale) and AddOn 4 (Aerofly Team International)
Here are my specs:
I am running this on a Macbook Pro (running Parallels 4.0)
Mac OSX Ver. 10.4.11
2.33 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo
2 GB 667 MHz DDR2 ****M
Graphics:
ATI Radeon X1600:
Chipset Model: ATY,RadeonX1600
Type: Display
Bus: PCIe
PCIe Lane Width: x16
VRAM (Total): 256 MB
Vendor: ATI (0x1002)
Device ID: 0x71c5
Revision ID: 0x0000
ROM Revision: 113-xxxxxx-158
EFI Driver Version: 01.00.158
Displays:

Display Connector:
Status: No display connected

Parallels 4.0
Windows XP Professional

Like I said, it was running beautifully, and then the "crash". It doesn't help that I am a Mac guy and not a regular PC user.
Can you help me with this?

Thanks!

Hi pubman, it looks like there might be a usb conflict or missing usb driver after your reinstallation of the OS. I am not an expert in parallels but you could do a search or make an enquiry in the parallels support forum http://www.parallels.com/ptn/ I also hope that someone else who is more familiar with parallels could chip in here.

I have had AFDP for some time but have not used it for about a year. I plugged in the USB cable in and it was not recognized. I also reloaded the software and ran the patches and nothing works. I know the USB port works fine because when I plug in other devices they respond . I am thinking maybe the cable is bad and if I need a new one how would I go about getting one?
