Hi am acting on behalf of a friend who is a beginner and does not have an internet connection due to location.
Purchased Aerofly Pro Deluxe complete with USB interface cable and have transmitter E-flite LP5DSM. When plugged into the system using the trainer port on the TX aerofly reports that it has detected the USB interface but cannot detect the transmitter and I cannot go any further.
Computer
Vista Home SP1
Core Duo 2.66ghz CPU
2gb Ram
32bit System
Nvidia 8500gt Graphics – Driver – 7.15.11.6391
Any help will be appreciated as this was bought as an xmas gift and to date have had no success in using it.

The eflite controller is not compatible with AFPD. The eflite controller has the PPM signal already CCPM-mixed and this mix can't be disabled. AFPD cannot work with the mixed signal because a single channel input results in multiple servo movements.
