Hello
I need help to set up my Robbe-Futaba FX30 with my brand new Aerofly Profesional Deluxe for Mac.
When I tun on everything a message "searching usb interface, please wait..." appears and stays there for ever. Transmitter is set up to student mode in PPM mode. I have tried with the 2.4 Ghz module installed and uninstalled and no differnece. My soft version is 1.11.07.23. Im using the adaptor cable supplied by Robbe (square to round 3.5 mm female) I have tried the three wire (brown, red, orange) adaptor and it makes no difference.
I have tried my Royal Evo 12 using the Aerofly supplied adaptor and no difference, it does the same thing. It seams that the problem is with the USB adaptor and not with the transmitters. Is there something else I need to do to have my mac talk to the USB adaptor and eventually with the transmitter?
Thanks a lot in advance for your help.
Best regards
Felipe

Hi Felipe, pls post a photo of the usb interface cable and adapter cable that you have.
Also plug in your usb interface into any usb port and do the following:
Click the Blue Apple in the top left corner.
Click About This Mac .
Click More Info... .
Under Contents on the left side click USB .
Verify type of Ikarus device listed under the USB Device Tree on the right side.

Hello Flavio,
I ordered through the web and came by mail from Germany, only 8 days from Germany to Mexico, excellent service.
Last night I install it on a different mac, and so far the USB interface is working. So I guess my problem is on my MacBook Air somehow. Tonight Ill connect my transmitter and see how it works.
Best regards
