Since one year I work with Aerofly pro deluxe, everything whas 100% ok till now...
From one moment to another it says usb interface found but was unable to find a transmitter.
Have tried with 2 JR transmitters PPM mode - mono plug and also with another new Vista PC 100% sure transmitter is ok. Everything is the same as before when it was working
when I connect cable to Transmitter it react as normal with a beep end it looks ok… Please what can I do ?
Thanks
have also sent a letter to support and this was the answer:
Marc,
I am not really sure what is wrong with your program. Since we get all these thing from Europe, Germany I would suggest that you check with Ikarus Europe directly. I bet they can solve the issue faster than we can.
If you cannot or you dont want to do that go the the website rcgroups. On the Ikarus/aeroflight forums is a guy called Michael Marks. He is the best guy in that part of the rc world. I am sure he can help you.
Is there anything else we can help you with today?

I use it with a mono plug and it was 100% working for several months until its stops.
I have tried with another transmitter (mx16) from a friend and that works well with the same cable.
I asume its my MX16s transmitter but it is working 100% with my original receiver.
Have checked also all connections to the learnign port inside the transmitter. Can't dedect any fault...
Dont understand it anymore [

Hi Marc, the original connector at the end of the usb interface cable is a 3.5mm stereo plug. Did you change it yourself? Could you unscrew the plug cover and post a photo of the connection inside.
From the information you've given, your interface cable is working fine. The problem lies in the connection between the mono plug and the radio. If your friend's radio is working fine, then it could be that the trainer socket in your radio has a poor electrical contact (intermittent contact) or even an open contact (broken wire or solder joint). You could open the back cover of your radio and have a closer look at the socket and the wire and solder joints.

Yes I changed the plug from stereo to mono by myself and this connection is ok, I am sure.
I have checked all the connections inside the TX, first sight all ok.
measured also curency on the contacts.I dont know the correct values...but it is there.
Do you know or there a possibility to measure between the mono plug and the usb plug ?and how ?
thanks in advance!

To check for electrical continuity, you should check for resistance, not current. You should probe between the terminals in the 3.5mm mono plug (plugged into the socket) and the terminals of the socket on the PCB of the radio. There must be some difference between your radio and your friend's. You should also double check that your radio is set to PPM mode and that the student mode is disabled.

Nothing to find at all...
Can't find any fault in the transmitter.
Is there a possibility I buy a cheap simulator TX ?
Please, what would you recommend ?
