downloaded models do not show up in sim

Can anyone tell me why some of the downloadable models do not show up in the aircraft selection list?

for instance the CROWNIII heli downloaded from the Ipacs site.

The installer creates the folder and files in the proper location, but the model (and several others downloaded) do not show up in the sim, while others work just fine???

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
