I testflew my H9 25% Cap 232 a few days ago.
I use a YS 140L engine, and the plane weights 13.6 pound.... which I think is a little heavy. I need 12 ounces bolted on the firewall to balance the plane as per the manual.
I was thinking of moving the engine forward anywhere from 1/2" to 3/4". Can anybody tell me if this will make a big difference... I mean, if I can only remove two ounces to balance properly with the engine forward, it's not worth spending hours moving the engine... Anyone has any idea how much of an effect moving the engine forward would have?
Thank you!
