If so, Yes. A large group of my buddies will be attending this one. Most are first time IMAC'ers.

Depending on how far away it is and whether I can thrash and get my sukhoi done and flown will decide on whether I make it or not.

I can't fly if I'm watching my daughter. And I may also be working at my house on saturday digging for my new driveway. I might be out sunday to pick up my new plane.

Hey Chris / Rick P:
Don't forget about the Shawnee Imac September 11 and 12. It's not on the Northeast web site anymore you have to go to the real IMAC web site for the schedule. Pete's new contest should be up there soon too.
Kevin
Maybe I'll get to fly down at the Capi

I'll see you at the CAPI meet. Unfortnatly I have previous commitments that prevent me compeating at the summer sizzel (Sorry Dan :-( )

Kevin,
You are right, please refer to the NE section of the IMAC Online website www.mini-iac.com and navagate to the NE reagion for all offical IMAC news and schedules and point standings. I'll be sure Pete's contest is added.

Why is the Watergap meet no longer listed on Dan's site?

Mark:
The best answer would be to ask Dan.
My observation has become that Dan's site is his own and not an unjaded view of what's going on in the northeast. His site is not affiliated with IMAC even though the rd has a welcoming statement on it. although I found out through asking questions that the welcome from the rd was also penned by Dan in the first paragraph that says welcome to the new northeast IMAC website. ( This does seem a little miss leading but there is nothing to do just know that it's Dan's personal site and that's fine.) This site is NOT affiliated directly with IMAC as I was told. Just a heads up I look on the real IMAC website for all contest info.

Also the Shawnee IMAC contest is still on and we are in NO danger at all of losing our field and are looking forward to another good year. see you at the CAPI if not sunday in milford.

Mark: when is the air show you put on?

As far as i know there is. but I'll make a phone call to the club that runs it and find out.
Maybe JTec will show again but he's a little busy from what I understand.

Hi Kev, I know there was a little spirited debate going on but none the less, it still is a contest that will take place in the N.E. region. I know Dan's site is an "unofficial" site but it is a terrific site for info and the Watergap meet was listed there in the past. I guess I can understand the reasoning but I would hope that a new IMAC'r just browsing through the site would not think the meet has been canceled. The new folks are the lifeblood of IMAC and we need all we can get. (Wouldn't it be great if we had as many basic pilots as Art had at the TOC of MD?...WOW!!)

I won't be able to make the Capi this year as we will be on vacation that weekend []but I'll see ya in Milford.

The Aerorama Air Show will be on Sunday August 29th. (weekend AFTER the Capi). Let me know if you want to fly an act as I will be working on the program in about two weeks.

Thanks..........Mark
