Default Giant Scale Planes 65" Extra?

I am thinking of getting this plane but I don't know anything about it. Is a 1.20 4 stroke enough power for IMAC and possibly 3D in the future and also what is the build quality and flight characteristics of this plane.

Many Thanks
Dash

Default RE: Giant Scale Planes 65" Extra?

I RECENTLY PURCHASED THE SAME EXACT ARF FROM GIANT SCALE PLANES. THE ARF IS WELL MADE, AND LIGHT. THE WING LOAD IS LIGHT AND THE PLANE SHOULD NO DOUBT FLY GREAT.

I DO NOT KNOW HOW IT WILL BE A GOOD 3D FLIER, AS I AM NOT INTO 3D.

IF I WERE TO MAKE ANY CHANGES TO MY KIT, I WILL NO DOUBT USE TWO (2) SERVOS FOR THE ELEVATOR ALTHOUGH IT IS MOST LIKELY NOT NECESSARY. THE TWO (2) HALVES OF THE ELEVATOR ARE JOINED BY MUSIC WIRE WHICH I AM NOT FOND OF. I AM SURE THAT THIS SET UP WILL WORK OK.
I WILL BE USING A YS 91 A/C IN MY PLANE. A 120 WILL GIVE YOU LOTS OF POWER.

HOPE THIS HELPS YOU OUT .
ENJOY YOUR PLANE AS MUCH AS I HOPE TO ENJOY MINE.

FLASHINGRED

PS COVERING IS GREAT.
