I have a 31% Aeroworks Edge with a 3W 75cc engine currently running a 24x10 two blade Menz 'S' wooden prop.
The plane flies very well on this prop but is too noisey for the U.K. regulations, although I have a 3W tuned canister exhaust.
I have tried a 26x10 prop but this kills the engine above 1/2 throttle.
Does anyone know what size 3 blade prop to use, I have been told to go 1 inch smaller in diameter and same pitch but other people have told me different. Also will a 3 blade prop make it quieter?.
Cheers.....Stuart

A Mejzlik 26x10 two blade standard or narrow should also work well and be quiet. You may have to adjust the high speed needle for the larger prop with the heavier load - go richer.
