Just goes to show ya, with enough power and the right set of thumbs, most anything can torque roll.

Great Pic

That's pretty funny!

Someone should take a scaled out one to Top Gun and do that...
I bet Warbird_Lover would outlaw J-3s at his field then.

The pic was taken in Germany at the 3w supershow. They make a video of the event that is really cool. I have mine. The guy that makes the video is Petter Ritters from Prmedian. Quique was flying this Super Cub. It has a 159" wing span. The engine of course is a 3w 150 Q.S. twin spark on 3w/PeFa canisters. It was a great show and if you want an awesome video of 9 fun extra's torque rolling at the same time or 5 40% airbrushed extra doing 3d and torqueing at the same time you should get the video. This is the link to the video company. http://www.flugschau.de/ger_index.htm Ask for 2002 Mucke video. Petter speaks very good English but the site is in Germany for right now. He also has some pics in the Gallery of the 2002 Mucke show.

LOL, you should have heard all the Germany guys yell, when I kept going under the hill out of site. Cool this is, I would not just go below it but I would dive down and stay there for a few seconds.

Hi had a WWI SE5a. I was 60” and powered by a 91 four stroke. When I got bored flying it do would do a great prop hang and torque roll. Unfortunately no pictures

My be we should start a thread, the weirdest things that we can prop hang

I learnt to fly on a Flair Cub with standard gear and a forty size engine and I still love flying it years later. It is the best trainer money can buy: which other trainer can fly knife edge without fancy mixers for as long and as low as you like?

Default 3D Cub

I built a 70" Cub full span with a 48 Surpass, weighed 3.5 lbs, did good knife edge loops. I was decsending in a hover one day down to 10 ft when a truck ripped into the lot, the local flight school president was all freaked out and tryed to talk me into flying lessons for 20 minutes.
