Gentlemen

This will be our first ANNUAL IMAC contest. Our club has a history of successful pattern and senior pattern contests. Many members of our club are moving into larger airplanes. We'd like to give them a venue for competition and help fill the IMAC void which exists in the mid-South.

Our site is a 167 acre retired landfill. There are no trees, power lines or neighbors in the way. We'll open the field for practice at noon on Friday. Come early and fly all you want.

Directions: Get off I-65 at exit 308. Take US 278 east to 3rd Ave SE.
Turn right to go to the field. Follow 3rd Ave SE out of town to the first 4-way stop. Turn left. Follow the road approximately 2.8 miles until it dead ends into another road at a stop sign. Turn right and follow the road around the curve to the entrance to the flying site.

Great flying at the Nats! Congrats. Haven't had another contest since I saw you over here. Next one is Triple Tree and I'm fired up. Hope you and Phil continue to do well.

Thanks. It was a good contest. I led the first two days and then it fell apart from there. Time to practice for the Shootout now! Good Luck at Triple Tree, and look out for Stephen Hamilton!
