can you compete in different contest regions, we boarder the Southcentral Region and I'm in Northcentral Region

Sure can, however if you are competing for a points championship, the points you win will stay in the region that you are competing in.

Why wouldn't you just fly in the North Central region?
I think it includes everything from Argentina to the North Pole...or so it seems.....

Not true, Flyfalcons. In the SC and other regions you can fly in contests in other regions with points counting towards the championship. Rules are on the IMAC site, SC Region section.
