IMAC Newbie..

Hey Guys & Gals,
I entered my first IMAC contest this past weekend in Mocksville, NC, and was lucky enough to walk away with first place in the basic category. All I can say is that IMAC is a great part of the hobby and was very challenging for me. There was a lot of very impressive flying! I'm looking forward to the next contest
My airplane was a H9 Extra 260 with a DA-50, and it was the smallest airplane there

Congratulations! I too won my first IMAC event in Basic class with the same airplane and engine. I have since been to two more events and came in 4 out of 5 and 3 out of 9. Don't let go to your head. Keep practicing and you will do well. The Extra 260 is a great plane. I hope to move up next year if I am ready and fly a 42% 260. Hope to see at a contest circuit sometime.

I meant who does it belong to. I think it belongs to the guy in this picture. I think he had a little too much sun, too much coffee, and not enough sleep when this pic was taken.
Hey Chris, let's see more pics!
