Default Basic/4th maneuver?

What is the 4th maneuver called in the 2007 Basic? I have the Basic sequence diagram but don't have the names of the maneuvers. It looks like a variation of a teardrop? Where can I get the names and descriptions of the maneuvers for all the sequences? Thanks in advance
