Default Arf for IMAC Practice with G45 or BME44

Hi,
I put my WM Extra in the ground yesterday. I'm looking at the arfs out there and wonder if anyone has any suggestions for a easy replacement. I am enjoying imac type manuvers and such. I need tp practice. I don't care about 3D too much but would like to try a bit. Maybe a helicopter later! j/k. The Sig sukoi is way up on my list but it has a one peice wing and I'd like a 2. I'd even like a clipped wing cub. Who knows. Got any ideas guys? I got an old G45 that runs great and a BME 44 on the way.
Maybe something under $400??

Thanks,

Joe

I have though about getting another. Having a flock of them at our field makes me want to peal one if I do and recover it. Even a simple scheme would be better to tell apart. Anyone know if the texas huricane has a 2 part wing?

Not sure, I personally don't know anyone who has one.

Also I think it is a one piece wing...

Default Make a deal with WM

World Models isn't selling many of the Extra's done up in the silver airforce scheme. Maybe you can make a deal with them for one. Same exact plane, but you could really make it nice with some pearl blue and candy red...or something?

I'm waiting to see if they decide to blow them out. If they do I'm going to pick one up and do a little covering work.

I've got the H9 Cap. Just finished building it, but due to an ignition problem haven't been able to fly it. Those that have say great things. Evidently it's not your typical snappy Cap.

$315.00 delivered then you've got about $150 in hardware with CF Landing gear, tail wheel and spinner. That also includes top of the line linkage stuff... Not a bad deal.

Best of luck,

Scott

Thanks Scott,
that might be cool. I will give them a call monday. It might be nice. Are you saying that the H9 CAP does not come with hardware and all? I wonder how the CAP would do with some pattern? That could be a $550 plane easy. I got all my hardware for the extra already.

Default Balsa and covering and a little glue

You do get the main gear and wheel pants, and some very cool stickers...if that counts. They even throw in some screws and blind nuts!

What else could a person ask for? I mean after all, it's only $500.00 measly dollars

Now that Chief has decided to drop the price, it's more in line with what I would expect to pay. It is a very high quality plane.

Hey, let me know if they cut you a good deal!

Happy flying,

Scott
