RE: IMAC Basic Sequence
ORIGINAL: Kevin Gabelman Mark Three Wild Hares[>:] My red one from the end of last year will be for sale though. I'll go if I can fit it into my schedule but I have no info for it. All I know is that Pete C is running it. Kevin http://home.hvc.rr.com/aerobatix/ |
RE: IMAC Basic Sequence
Mark I don't see your name on the list. LOL. I should be able to manage that. But I have to decide if I'm going to drive home or stay real soon.
Any dates for the RC demo at your field yet? Kevin |
RE: IMAC Basic Sequence
Unfortunately I can only be there on Sunday. I have a surprise 40th birthday party I have to go to for a really good friend of my wife and I. (of all the weekends in March to hold a party...geesh)
I'm missing the most important day but I'm sure I'll beneift from Sunday session. Our air show is August 29th. Let me know if you're coming. ...........Mark |

RE: RE: IMAC Basic Sequence
Hey guys, this is Pete Castine. Yes, we're having the 2004 Harrisburg Area Aerobatic Challenge IMAC contest at the Sacramento field this year. I am in the process of getting the paperwork done.
As many know, our Harrisburg field is no longer suitable for GS planes. So, we're on the road! We are also anticipating ANOTHER HAAC contest in September at the TCWS field in Hamburg, PA. Sorry Kevin, I'm not going begging for prizes. I do IMAC for the competition and for the opportunity to hang with others; not for handouts. Ryan, the judging school in Milford, PA would be your best bet to learn what the judges are looking for. If you're serious about IMAC, it'd definitlely be worth the time and $$$. Your second best bet is to go to www.mini-iac.com and download the flying & judging guide and start reading! Of course, at every contest guys are more than willing to sit and share their experiences with you, so attending contests is another great way to learn. Feel free to email me with any questions. I hope to get up to Sacramento some weekend soon and maybe fly a little with you guys before the contest!! Pete |
RE: RE: IMAC Basic Sequence
I'm can't make it to the Milford Imac judging that weekend. I'm will be gone that weekend.
Let me know when you come up and fly at Sacramento, I'll try to make it over. My 40% Edge should be flying in the next couple of weeks. The reciever packs and recievers should come next week. Then I just have to program it and its ready to go! ryan |

Pete:
I know that. like you said at the competition last year time was short between when a field was acquired and the competition. And Dan hit the goody box hard. LOL I've made many good friends from flying these weekends. The reason I started with IMAC was because of the way I was treated when I went to watch the TOC of Maryland 2 years ago. It's like a giant family. Did you see this one yet Pete? [X(] See you soon Kevin |
