Imac/imaa???

I was just wondering what does it mean when it says IMAA or IMAC legal? I'm planning to enlarge my Ohio rc extra 300L (74 inches span) plans into 92inches wingspan, would this be legal to compete?

Harold.

I know that IMAC rules states that It has to be scale, but what about IMAA?

IMAA it needs to have a 80 inch wing or be 1/4 scale or larger. (single main wing)

IMAC is competition and requires a scale aircraft.

IMAA is fun flying, requires 80" span or 1/4 scale for monoplanes, and had no scale requirements.

The two organizations are not related in any way.

IMAA is a division of AARP.
