Default Imac/imaa???

I was just wondering what does it mean when it says IMAA or IMAC legal? I'm planning to enlarge my Ohio rc extra 300L (74 inches span) plans into 92inches wingspan, would this be legal to compete?

Harold.

IMAC is competition and requires a scale aircraft.

IMAA is fun flying, requires 80" span or 1/4 scale for monoplanes, and had no scale requirements.

The two organizations are not related in any way.

IMAA is a division of AARP.
