Rabbit KS hot start
When i start the engine, during the ramp my engine throw 2ft flames. I suspect that too much fuel is injected during ramp up. Do reducing the 3 ramp setting by 1 point will improve?

extra: these are setting adjustments in the ICS that have to be fine tuned. It is a set of keystrokes that Eric probably doesn't want to publish. Nothing more, nothing less. I'm sure the original poster spoke with Eric, lowered the fuel ramp and is flying happily by now without the flames on startup

RE: Rabbit KS hot start
Do someone located close to sea level (500ft) could share with me all his startup parameters?
I would like to know the fuel ramp 1-2-3 value also if possible
Thanks!

As I said in my email to you, all we must do is adjust "pump start point" and the flames are gone. Nothing else need be adjusted.
Please call during the week and we can adjust together.
Regards,
Eric

And by boring you mean it is no longer has excessive flames.

RE: Rabbit KS hot start
Hi:
Pump PW of 32 is not abnormal. . .The flames you report are during switch over and fuel ramp. . .correct? If so, we must make the pump start point less aggressive.
We need to connect by telephone M-F between the hours of 8:30 am and 6:00 pm my time in Florida. Have ECU battery charged, be at the turbine system with Tx and HDT available.
Regards,
Eric
