Default P20 accelaration start up problem

Hi guys,
I'm facing problem with my brand new P20.
The starter motor will start spinning the turbine but the turbine doesn't reach the required rps to start ignition and then open the fuel valve and etc..
After about 15 start ups with no success i desided to...help... the turbine to, reach a higher level of rpm's, with my TOROS air compressor.

And success..!!The turbine start up and i've heard it at last!!!
I want to know if every P20 out there starts with the same way or is it just my only?

I'm using the included from JETCATLipo battery 1000Mah for the ECU.

What do you think you experts? Is there any adjust i have to make or send it back to JETCAT for check?

i have two more JETCAT turbines and never had problems with them!!

Thanks in advance for any replies...

Here are two thoughts:

Best bet is to try a different ECU battery, maybe from one of the other Jetcats that are working fine.  Possible that lipo or starter motor just need a couple break in cycles. I once had a new 20C 2S 4000mah lipo that would not start one of my engines while 3 others of the same type did.

Possible there is a little slippage of the o-ring on the shaft hub.  Usually you would hear it if it's slipping.  Apply a slight side force on the starter housing with a finger and see if that gets the engine to spin up better.
