I think so. I ran the same pipe in a Bandit with a P-80, a P-120 and a P-160.

YEah that is what I ran, the pipe was a standard BVM.

There are probabaly optimizations for each, but I never bothered. It is not cut and dried. I say try what you have.

As Eddie Weeks has said, if the pipe is off, it will either make temps lower (with less thrust) or higher (more thrust) As long as the temps in the final installation look OK, I say it is OK.

But I am not an expert. I know BVM has made a bigger bypass for a P-160, but I have not seen one. Tam might have some input here as well.

Good luck,

thanks Matt, I dont have to worry about the bypass issues cause I dont have them on either Jet so I'll try it and if it works fine if it doesnt I'll get a couple of pipes

Take care man .............. Johnny

Matt by the way It works just fine with the P-160 thank you . Thats the pipe i have on the big 16 and it seems to be working fine.

Now I have an AD F-16 that was flying according to its previous owner with a P-80 and I'm going with a P-120, very small pipe you think that'll work ?

If the temps are OK, it is probabaly OK.

Like I said I used the same pipe with a P-80, P-120 and P-160. BUt that was wiyh a bypass. Give it a try and just watch the temps.
