Default Propane selenoid?

Hi, I'm starting my P-80 with out the on board propane tank. But still have plug in the propane selenoid to the ecu. Can I just injet the propane direct to the turbine with out connecting this selenoid? So I can use it for fuel in the next jet.

Thanks
Alejandro

Hi Alejandro,

No the propane solenoid meters the gas into the turbine, you need it.

You might be able to do it with some sort of manual valve, but that would make the starting hard, and that is not why you got a JetCat, no? :-)
