Default Why do JetCats click on startup?

As a non-Jetcat owner, I'm curious as to why Jetcats produce a clicking sound during startup propane ignition?

The propane/kero burner valve is pulsed for the proper amount of fuel.

I thought it was the solenoid valve pulsing. Propane valve to be more specific. You won't hear it on my airplanes, as there is no propane solenoid valves installed.
