Hi everyone,
We have discovered that a handful of cables have been shipped that have been mis-wired.
The cable in question is the starter cable, that connects between the ECU and the front of the turbine cowl.
The suspect cables would have been shipped fairly recently. We believe that only 5 have been shipped, and we have already located a few of them. So the chances that you have one of these cables is small, but we felt that it would be better to catch the fault before damaging any ECUs.
It is a two step process to determine if your cable is affected:
First, look at this picture and compare with your starter cable. With the large cut out facing up-wards, the red wires should be connected on the right hand side of the connector:

If your cable does not pass these 2 inspections, DO NOT plug it into your motor or ECU. Immediate permanent ECU damage will occur!! Contact myself, or JetCAT USA at (818) 874 9309 for an immediate replacement cable.
Any ECUs damaged by this error will be fixed under warranty.
We are very sorry for this inconvenience. We value our customers very much at JetCat and we will strive in the future to provide each of you with the highest quality service possible.
Thank you very much.
