Hi Guys

I just got my P120 back from a service and I have not run it as it is very difficult to turn over by hand. I had the bearings replaced and a new shaft put in it. It appears to bind every 90 degrees.. I tried to turn it over with compressed air and it is that tight it wont spin..

I will call Jet Cat tomorrow but I need it this weekend

Any ideas what would cause this?

That does not sound normal, but it is hard to tell from your description. Bottom line, if the starter wont turn it, it would have to go back in any case.

Call the service center and maybe they can talk you through testing over the phone
