RE: 12x vs. 11x
I am not familiar with the 10x to 11x transfer, but if they work like my 9303 and my 10x then the answer is no. I'll take it a step further, I used to have an analog trim 8103, and later I bought a digital trim 8103. Exact same model but one had digital trims and the other did not. After trying several times, I called Horizon Hobbies and they gave me the news. Since they required different types of memory allocation (digital trim) they were not compatible with the transfer cable.
A bit of good news is that I have manually copied the numbers from one tx to another and the programming was so close that I only had to adjust it a point or two after flying it several times. I have copied between 7202, 8103, 9303, and 10x, sucessfully. I know it is tedious, but it might be your only choice.

I am thinking of getting an 11x. Does anyone know if a 10x can transfer models to an 11x easily with the transfer cord?
Thanks,
Vern

BUT, Rafael is correct in that you should be able to manually transfer the settings and those should be close. Be sure you double check your actual servo travels before flying though as there will most likely be some changes.

RE: 12x vs. 11x
I moved from a 10x to the 11. I also copied most of the %'s etc and they were very close, but still fine tuning. With that said...it was worth the trouble to upgrade.
