X9303 / dx6 trainer compatable?

Will these two work together in a buddy cord system. Im a recent futaba convert and need to find a cheap radio for the old lady.

Haven't tried these two specifically but I'm sure they will. I've used my 18 year old JR x-347 as a buddy box with a DX6i.
