DX5e buddy box - Mode II and Mode I
I am going to train a high school club's students to fly with a donated trainer with a Mode ll Spectrum DX5e. They are new. I want to buy a Mode I DX5e to use as the master, and use the Mode ll as the slave. I have flown Mode l for 40 years, and this is what I am comfortable with. Will this buddy box OK without any modifications? In the past I have done this with various JR radios successfully.
