DX8 and JR921 Binding Question
When binding a DX8 to a JR921 (DSM2), if i leave the battery plugged in to aux 4 after binding everything is fine. But when moving it to batt1/bind port it loses bind. The problem is with this particular plane i need all of the channels so leaving the battery plugged into aux 4 is not going to work. Any ideas what is going on here or how to correct this would be greatly appreciated.

Are you removing the bind plug once the rx is bound? I'm not sure about the later model black R921's, but the red ones had two battery ports. One was listed Batt1/Bind and the other Batt2/Data for the Flight log device. You can power into that second port as well.
