Futaba 9CAP with JR equipment?
For my next project, I want to try out the JR 8611s. Will the Futaba 9CAP PCM work well with a JR PCM reciever and all JR 8611s? Anything I should look out for?

No, a JR receiver will not work with a Futaba system. The servos may work fine with a futaba receiver, but since JR equipment is manufactured to work with JR equipment, and do not test with other brands, we can not guarantee that they will work without any ill effects.

No, that is not my intention, though maybe it should have been... 
I just can't guarantee 100% problem free performance when crossing brands. Yes, many do use various brands together without any problems, but simple things like different connector pin sizes can cause intermittent problems etc. While I can think of no particular reason why using JR 8611's with a futaba radio would be a problem, the potential is there.
