When i turn the radio on all 3 lights come on. {The red,yellow, green,} batt votes. should all of them be on at once? As the batt runs down thy go off one at a time green yellow and then the red. My Father-in-law realy wants to no..Thanks,,,

All the lights come on when the battery is fully charged. As the battery loses power the lights will go off one at a time. This is covered on page 2 in the manual. http://horizon.hobbyshopnow.com/shar...474-manual.pdf
