I would like to know if the MX-22 transmiter can work with Airtronics PPM recievers?

I believe that it should work, but this depends on the shift of the signal used by the 2 different brands on the Mhz band you are using. In the US, JR and Airtronics share the same signal shift and work together, though tuning may be different. I'm not sure in your area if this is true or not.
