Default 8611 Jitters

I have a comp-arf extra with 2 8611's in each wing. I am using stock hardware from comp arf.

I have a duralite batt going through a duralite power box. I have approx 10 flights on the plane and today noticed the ailerons just barley oscillating up and down. Both sides were doing this when the TX was on the ground.

If I pick up the Tx and work the ailerons they work ok, if I put my finger on the edge of the aileron it stops. If I do a few lh & rh cycles they will stop for a bit then start to oscillate again.

I have 3 JR match boxes. could the matchbox for the aileron's need to be reset??

Is this normal or safe to fly?

Here is a pic of my set-up

Default RE: 8611 Jitters

I would check for any slop in the control system, arm fit on the servo, and gears for any excessive play. Also I would recommend checking all your servo connections (unplug them, re-install a couple times to be sure the pins are clean and making good contact). Also check your current draw with an amp meter to be certain the current draw is not excessive. Also be sure that your servos are not mounted too rigidly (servo screws too tight, mounting rails tight against the servo, etc). If the oscillation stops by touching the surface with your finger, likely the pots in the servos are not worn, it is likely a slop, set up, or electrical issue. If it does stop, it won't happen in the air due to flight loads, but I would recommend giving everything a good checkover. By the picture it looks like there are many brands of equipment in the installation which from time to time can cause issues.
