loss of spring tension on gimbals
Danny, I have an xp642 radio I purchased new, last week my right stick lost spring tension in the down position, removed back cover and found small plastic tip was broken off,that would normally return stick to neutral when released. now I have lost spring tension on throttle side stick and removed back cover to find small leaf spring to have broken at plastic boss it is screwed into, this radio has not been dropped or abused . It almost seems that the plastic parts are getting brittle ? Have you seen/ heard of this problem, thanks for any info you can give cal.45acp

I would recommend sending the system in for a check up. In some 642 gimbals there have been some issues. Send it to this address:
