Default G500A Gyro 955S RX and 8611's /10X Problem

Hello, I am trying to get a G500A, 955S and 2, Y'd 8611's to not jitter. also cannot see any gyro effect on the 8611's below 51% on funct 44 in my programming. Above 51% the gyro control is extremely coarse. Weve tried 2 of these gyros with the same result. I cannot seem to get any knowledgable support out of Horizon. Please Help. Nothing against the guys there, just don't seem to speak to anyone there that has much experience with these high end components combo.

Default RE: G500A Gyro 955S RX and 8611's /10X Problem

As it says in the manual 0-50% on a gyro sens function such as the 8103 or 10X the gyro will be off. 50% and above is on, and the higher you go the higher the gain, and more sensitive the gyro will be. The movement you are seeing is the gyro working to hold position. Even slight vibrations can cause the gyro to react, which will cause the servo to move which is what you are seeing. The higher you set the gain, the more you will see this movement. It sounds like your gryo is operating normally.

Yes, I did read that in the manual also. The problemm is this: The gain resolution between 51% and 52% is GREAT! Its too coarse. I have been able to get the gyro to work by reducing the T/A to 55% as in the 10X manual and that is with excellent control over resolution.
I'll continue the research. Thanks
