Default DataSafe2

Danny,
Bought a DataSafe2 System P/N JRPA301 and cannot get it to load on my pc. I use WindowsXP Home. Is there a patch I should find to make this work. Thanks

There are no patches for Datasafe 2, and it should work with XP. I would recommend contacting our product support department at 877-504-0233 for further assistance.

I contacted product support and they emailed me a file and it worked perfect for XP.

Probably a 9 pin serial cable. I've got one plugged into my PC and the end of it lays on my desktop for easy access. Or it could be a 1/8" mono cable that plugs into the trainer port and jack on the datasafe.
