JR 10X radio problems.
Hi Danny,
I have posted this thread in the general radio forum:
http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/JR_1...2216150/tm.htm
My question is, what is the standard procedure for JR/HH in this case. I really don't want the radio to be "fixed" since I didn't even used it more than 4 times. Does not have one scratch on it, still like in the box look.
Is like buying a new car and on the 4th trip the engine block cracks...

RE: JR 10X radio problems.
I had a similar problem with my JR 10X. I contacted Horizon Hobbies, (they are the rep's for JR) and they told me to send the radio back and they repaired it at no charge! I hope this helps.

RE: JR 10X radio problems.
The determination will be made once the system is examined by our service techs here. If it is an easy repair, there would be no reason for a exchange in systems, our service techs are fully qualified to repair JR radio systems and if it is repaired it will be as good as a new system. Our service work is guaranteed, and the warranty of the system will still be in effect.
In your car annology, they wouldn't offer you a new car, they would fix the one you have.
