Is there any way to copy a model to another model memory without using a second 9303 or the (non-existent) Datasafe?

Yes, go to model select, highlight the word Select on the screen and press down on the roller. It will change to copy, then you can rotate the roller over to select the model to copy to, then press the CLR button which will say COPY next to it.
