Broken 9303 Antenna
Danny,
The other day at the field, I was collapsing my 9303 Tx antenna, and one section kind of REALLY collapsed into the next larger section below it. Now when I extend the antenna, this one section will not extend. My question is twofold:
1. Is there an easy way for me to fix this?
2. Assuming I have to order a replacement, how safe is it to fly in the interim with that one section permanently collapsed? I know there must be a range hit, but how much?
Thanks,
Milt

RE: Broken 9303 Antenna
I would recommend getting a new antenna, I don't think it will be worth the risk to use as is. The antenna is part number JRPA151 which is available through hobby stores or through Horizon Hobby directly.
