Unreliable Trainer Switch
Hi, I'm back again.
My X3810ADT is MODE 2 (throttle left). Because we are training a lot of people in our club, we are using the Trainer Cord System. The trainer switch is located on my right hand and sometimes it is very difficult to recover and take control of the aircraft from a beginner, because my fingers are on the ailerons/elevator stick. I think the position of the trainer switch is designed for MODE 1 and it stays the same for MODE 2 as well, but it is really not reliable.
If I open my transmitter at the back (I haven't done it yet), is it possible to bring the Trainer switch to my left hand? Is there anybody that have the same problem?
I'm waiting for answers, thanks in advance.

RE: Unreliable Trainer Switch
Yaesou Makis,
Am 99.99% certain that it is designed to move the 2 switches over. You will also need to move 2 wires, but I will confirm tomorrow at work.

RE: Unreliable Trainer Switch
Hi Makis,
The answer is yes,the 2 switches can be moved over, as long as the biased trainer switch is connected to G1 and S9 in the new position on the LHS, and the toggle switch is between G2 and S5 on the RHS.
