Default 8611 goes to full deflection on start up

Hi Dan,

I have a Futaba 9CAP, a 138 rec. with a JR matchbox and 8611 servos on the wings (2 per wing), every time I power up one servo will go to full up, then center. the next time I power up it goes full down before centering. It did this on my other plane when I had it on the elevator never had a problem because it was by itself. Anything I can do to correct this?
All I can think of doing is swap one of the elevator servos for now.

Thanks, Lee

I'm not sure what could be done to correct that, it sounds like servo positioning information is not getting to the servos from the receiver as fast as the power comes on which could be an issue with the mixed brands. I'm not sure what to suggest other than to swap servos like you mentioned, you could also send the servo in for a check up to make sure it is operating properly.

Thanks for the quick reply, I'll swap for now, then after the season I'll send it in.
