Default Max Voltage on 8611's

Danny,

I just received my second 9000 receiver and noticed in the documentation that it can handle 3.5 - 9.6 volts. This leads me to the question:

Since receiver will run on lipoly's and regulators what is the maximum voltage I can set the regulators to without any worry about the 8611's that re in the plane?

I would like to set the regulators higher to avoid the alleged 3.5 low volt brown out that some are reporting.

Thank you,

Rob

The servos are rated for 6V operation (5 cell nicad/nimh). I generally set my regulators to 6.2-6.3V.
