Default Wrapping AR7000/R921 Rx with foam?

Is there any issue if I wrap my Rx's entirely with foam?

I wouldn't think so, but all of the pictures I see show the Rx and any remote totally exposed.

I think we tend to leave them totaly naked like that so the aerials can be positioned better. Must admit because a heavy lipo can be held rigid with velcro (OK I know we have its belt as well) then I put velcro on the rx and it makes fitting so easy. With electric there is no harsh vibration levels to disturb it too much.

No, no issue at all. It is best to leave the antenna's straight so I'd say it would be best to avoid wrapping the antenna areas.
