Hi,

Just purchased a brand new Spektrum DX 3.0 unit. I have determined that the transmitter unit is glitching i.e. My electric boat is cutting out intermittently on the lake. I have used the supplied receivers with another Spektrum unit that l own which work well with no cutting out/glitching. I have also tested the Spektrum DX 3.0 unit on two other boats with their own receivers resulting in the same problem,

What l wanted to find out is if there are any settings that l could adjust to fix this issue or is it a simple case of sending this back for repair?

The only things I would recommend checking would be to range test on the ground with the model stationary to see if you can find any problems with a particular component to narrow down the issue, and also check all batteries, switches etc. From there, if the problems persist, send the system in for a check up.

Hi Danny,

I have perform distance test which worked without any issues. I had already placed brand new batteries into the Spektrum DX3.0 unit.

I live in Australia, l bought this unit brand new from a seller on eBay:

Do you have a repair outlet in Australia? If not, what is the pocess for sending this back for replacement/repair?

The only Spektrum service center is in the US.
