After Googleing this topic, I found some references to this software and Windows Vista/Windows 7 32bit and 64bit. I installed the original software on Windows 7 64bit and of course, the USB driver did not load. UAC was turned off. I then loaded the USB driver Demo from the 3rd party company and the PC Data Transfer software is working fine with my XP9303.

Does anyone know if JR is going to offer this PC Data Transfer Software in a Windows 7 compatible version or at least offer the correct USB driver? If not, does anyone know the cost in US Dollars for a Single User License for this driver. Currently, with the Demo Driver, I have to Reboot every 4 hours if I want to use it.

Well I don't know if JR has made any effort to resolve the issue, nor of anyone who's communicated with them about it.

I've bugged Horizon about this issue with the 12X software every since the 12X came out and all they say is that they're aware of the problem but no solution is on the "horizon".....
