Any truth to a K220 coming out ? If so when will we have some details ?

The K-220 project took a different turn. We actually finished the prototype and the result was good, and we feel confident that we will be able to pack more thrust into the big block. Currently we are working on a 200 to be built into the 140/180 size can.

Barry. Man I was hoping that you were coming back in here to say that the K-50 will be out before the 200 or a 220. Ha. Ha.

Tony. What's your understanding of the K-35 size and thrust wise?

It's just guessing... but knowing king tech... it would be 35n thrust. I haven't heard anything about it before. BUT... Barry posted about "fitting valves in the 55 and 35 front cover."
I want small engines so I can fly turbines out of small fields. Also... the P-20 is too small for grass, and a 90mm EDF model... and the wren 44 is almost too much for the inexpensive EDF air-frames. (I turned mine down to 8lbs) BUT>.. it would be nice to shave 1/2lb out of the model.
Hooker53: FYI... I wound up, keeping my 44.

A big block prototype fired up yesterday for the first time with promising results, ran it up to 90,000 RPM with good temp at around 600, with a very even burning chamber smooth accel and decel.
Cheers,
Barry
